Job Summary
MAB Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer / HSE Practitioner to join one of its ongoing consulting projects in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and enforce HSE policies and procedures on-site.
Conduct site inspections risk assessments and safety audits.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and project HSE requirements.
Report incidents near misses and corrective actions.
Promote a strong safety culture across the project.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- Professional HS&E qualification Level 3 Certificate (NEBOSH or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the civil construction industry including at least 2 years experience in construction projects related to buildings roads infrastructure and utilities as a consultant.
- Worked before in high rise building (working at height)
- Certified First Aider.
- Held membership in Saudi council
Skills & Competencies:
- Good command of spoken English.
- Ability to communicate in languages commonly spoken on-site (advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and site safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel reporting).
- Good process and technical knowledge of construction activities related to buildings roads infrastructure and utilities.
