Facade Design Engineer (MaleFemale) with experience in the hospitality industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Design Engineer with proven experience in the hospitality sector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design detailing and coordination of complex façade systems for hotel and resort projects. This role requires a strong understanding of aesthetic functional and environmental performance criteria as well as excellent collaboration with architects consultants and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed façade designs for hospitality buildings ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  

• Prepare and review facade system drawings 3D models and technical documentation.
  

• Coordinate with architects structural engineers MEP teams and contractors throughout all project phases.
  

• Conduct performance analysis (thermal acoustic wind load etc.) of facade systems.
  

• Provide technical support during the bidding procurement and construction stages.
  

• Recommend materials and construction techniques suited for luxury hospitality environments.
  

• Perform site visits to ensure facade implementation meets design intent and quality standards.
  

• Ensure compliance with local building codes safety standards and sustainability requirements (e.g. LEED ESTIDAMA).
  

• Use software tools such as AutoCAD Revit Rhino Grasshopper and relevant FEM or CFD tools.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  

• 5 years of experience in facade engineering with at least 23 years in the hospitality industry.
  

• Strong knowledge of various facade systems (unitized stick curtain wall cladding etc.).
  

• Proficiency in 2D/3D design and analysis software.
  

• Familiarity with fire safety waterproofing thermal insulation and facade access systems.
  

• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  

• Willingness to travel for site coordination as needed.

• Experience working on 5-star hotel or resort projects.
  

• Exposure to Middle East Southeast Asia or international hospitality projects.
  

• LEED AP or equivalent green building certification is a plus.
