Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Data Architects Analysts Engineers) to define integration requirements and SLAs.
Manage upstream dependencies (e.g. source system changes data quality issues) and downstream impacts (e.g. reporting delays model retraining needs).
Optimize data flow processes for scalability reliability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration bottlenecks ensuring minimal disruption to stakeholders.
Lead change management processes for data integration projects ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned during transitions.
Develop communication plans and training materials to support adoption of new data workflows or system updates.
Assess risks and impacts of changes proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
Agile/Scrum Coordination
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (standups sprint planning retrospectives) to align the team with project goals.
Maintain Jira or equivalent tools to track backlogs sprints and deliverables.
Work with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage cross-team dependencies.
Monitor team velocity and ensure timely delivery of integration milestones.

Work Mode: 4 Days Onsite Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Integration Lead to oversee the design execution and optimization of end-to-end data integration solutions. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination between upstream data sources (Finacle Payments Channels etc.) and downstream consumers (e.g. analytics platforms FIT AML Regulatory Reporting) while managing Agile Scrum processes.
