Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand:
Business objectives
Requirements
Asis and futurestate processes
Pain points across business functions
Conduct workshops interviews and requirementrefinement sessions with Product Owners Architects Technical Leads and other crossfunctional teams.
Analyze business needs and translate them into clear Salesforce requirements.
Solutioning & Design
Recommend the best possible Salesforce outofthebox solutions for each problem statement.
When gaps exist propose appropriate custom solutions in partnership with Technical Leads UX teams and Architects.
Prepare and present solution options to the Salesforce Design Authority articulating problem statements proposed options trade-offs and also business and technical alignment.
Perform impact assessments and proofs of concept (POCs) to analyze how proposed changes affect existing Salesforce processes configurations integrations data models and resents findings and recommendations to the Product Owner.
Functional Documentation & Agile Delivery
Create high-quality functional artifacts including: Refined Epics Broken-down User Stories ready for development Functional design documentation and Confluence summaries.
Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies:
Sprint Planning
Refinement
Daily Stand-ups
Reviews
Retrospectives
Lead squad refinement sessions and ensure stories meet Definition of Ready.
Testing QA Support & Defect Resolution Support QA teams by:
Providing functional scenarios
Clarifying requirements
Reviewing test cases to ensure alignment with business needs
Participate in defect triage and assist with prioritization and resolution.
Validate that delivered features meet requirements and provide business value.
Compliance Governance & Best Practices Ensure solutions adhere to:
Salesforce best practices
Enterprise security standards
Compliance requirements (banking regulatory)
Promote strong governance and ensure documentation and processes are maintained consistently.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree or postgraduate education in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
5 years experience as a Salesforce Functional Lead.
3 years experience in the financial services industry.
Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions at scale in highly regulated enterprise environments.
Requires Deep understanding of:
Banking workflows
Customer and product lifecycle
Financial compliance requirements
Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Familiarity with integrations to:
Core banking systems
Data lakes
Enterprise applications
Demonstrated ability to:
Lead conversations with crossfunctional teams
Present confidently to executives and senior leaders
Collaborate with technical teams effectively
Knowledge of Agile delivery practices Jira Confluence and enterprise DevOps pipelines.
