Were now looking for hungry confident High Ticket Setters to join our high-performing call centre this role youll be the first point of contact for prospective clients sparking interest qualifying enquiries and booking appointments for our Sales Consultants. Youll play a direct role in driving revenue and growth for the business.

This is a remote commission-only opportunity backed by full access to our systems training leadership support and office facilities whenever needed.

What Youll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to marketing-qualified leads from our CRM
  

• Building rapport and genuinely understanding each clients goals needs and motivations
  

• Confidently discussing our property projects and the Australian property market at a high level
  

• Handling initial questions and objections with clarity and professionalism
  

• Educating prospective clients and guiding them toward the next step
  

• Booking qualified appointments with our Sales Consultants
  

• Accurately logging call outcomes notes and follow-ups in the CRM
  

What Were Looking For

• Strong interest or passion for the Australian property market
  

• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter Lead Generator or similar phone-based role
  

• Clear confident and persuasive communication skills
  

• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
  

• Professional phone manner and strong objection-handling ability
  

• Self-motivated results-driven and comfortable working remotely
  

• Resilient mindset with a hunger to earn uncapped commissions
