Riggers

Perform rigging activities in accordance with approved lifting plans and instructions from the Lifting Supervisor.

Inspect lifting gears such as slings shackles hooks and spreader bars before use.

Select appropriate rigging gear based on load weight shape and lifting method.

Assist crane operators during lifting operations and follow standard hand signals.

Ensure safe positioning and stability of loads during lifting and movement.

Secure loads properly and guide loads during lifting and lowering operations.

Maintain good housekeeping in lifting areas.

Follow PTW systems HSE rules and use required PPE at all times.

Stop work and report unsafe conditions immediately.

Support shutdowns heavy lifts and critical lifting activities as required.

Valid Rigger Certification (Qatar Energy / TUV / Third Party Approved).

Minimum 25 years of experience as a Rigger in oil & gas or industrial projects.

Good knowledge of lifting equipment load limits and rigging practices.

Ability to communicate effectively with lifting teams and supervisors.

Physically fit and capable of working at heights and confined spaces.

Should have a valid QID
