Job Summary
Location: Bahrain (Onsite)
Contract: 12 months
Rate: $450 USD/day Residential Visa Included
Languages: English required Arabic preferred

About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced BSS/OSS Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives for a major telecom operator in Bahrain. Responsibilities include full lifecycle delivery stakeholder management and coordination across technical and business teams.
Key Technical Experience
- Strong experience across BSS/OSS domains
- Oracle BRM
- Knowledge of UIM OSM
- Ability to translate requirements into specifications and guide development teams
- Experience in product management solution design testing and UAT
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects within scope time and budget
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams and vendors
- Lead client engagements and expectation management
- Maintain detailed project plans and reporting
- Control scope schedule and cost
- Identify and mitigate risks
Client Engagement & Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable leading workshops and interacting with senior stakeholders
- Able to work under pressure in fastpaced environments
