Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Specialist with strong Odoo ERP experience to manage customize and support our ERP system for restaurant and food operations. The role will focus on ensuring smooth system performance supporting end-users and improving business processes across inventory POS accounting purchasing and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Implement configure and maintain Odoo ERP modules relevant to food and restaurant operations (POS Inventory Purchase Sales Accounting HR).
Customize Odoo workflows reports and dashboards based on business needs.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users (store staff accounting operations management).
Manage system integrations (POS systems payment gateways third-party apps hardware if applicable).
Ensure data accuracy security and regular backups of ERP data.
Train users and prepare system documentation and SOPs.
Coordinate with external Odoo partners or developers when needed.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Support IT-related needs such as basic networking hardware and software troubleshooting in restaurant locations.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
24 years experience working with Odoo ERP (implementation support or customization).
Strong knowledge of Odoo modules:
POS
Inventory
Purchase
Sales
Accounting (preferred)
Experience in food restaurant retail or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
Basic knowledge of Python XML and PostgreSQL is an advantage.
Familiarity with restaurant POS operations and inventory control.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Willing to work on-site in Tondo Manila and support multiple store locations if needed.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Odoo certification (Functional or Technical).
Experience with multi-branch restaurant setups.
Knowledge of local accounting practices and BIR compliance.
Experience in system documentation and user training.
