This position is responsible for working with the Site Leader to perform and coordinate activities of workers engaged in on-site rail car moving which may also include track maintenance rail car repair rail car washing and loading service in-plant trucking and workers engaged in pipeline and transloading activities.Pay Rate:$70000.00 to $75000.00. Depending on experience.

Assists Site Leader with supervising employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
