LOCATION: Austin TX 78728

SHIFT 1:6:00am - 2:30pm; Tuesday - Saturday

FULL TIME: Benefits Eligible

In this role you will:

Open and verify check shipper sample types and ensure empty
Complete Specimen receipt logs
Specimen Receipt and forward problem samples/orders to exception handling
Identify Issues (Ordering Labeling Specimen)
Aliquoting of samples
Discard Archive (All of storage components)
End of shift checklist: benches staging and archiving units shippers biohazard bins

All you need is:

Associate Degree or Phlebotomy Certification with High School Diploma
Strong reading writing and analytical skills
Typing proficiency including 10-key
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points if youve got:

Bachelors Degree in a biological science or certification in a medical program technologist program
2 years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
Data entry experience in a laboratory production environment
