Job Summary

Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our fast-paced marketing department. This role supports the development of proposals qualifications packages and presentations while collaborating closely with internal teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop coordinate and produce responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) using Adobe InDesign Photoshop and PowerPoint

  • Conduct creative and technical writing and research to support proposal development ensuring accuracy and consistency

  • Write edit and proofread content for proposals presentations resumes project descriptions and other marketing materials

  • Organize update and maintain the marketing collateral database

  • Provide administrative and creative support to the marketing department and executive team

  • Attend industry-related events and professional organization functions as needed

  • Assist with additional marketing and departmental tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Positive team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

  • Strong writing editing communication organizational and computer skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business development leaders and internal teams to meet proposal deadlines

  • 12 years of experience in a marketing or proposal coordination role preferably within an Architecture Engineering or Construction (AEC) firm

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Graphic Design Journalism Communications or a related field preferred
