You will administer medications and analgesia per protocol assist with labor support and provide expertise during cesarean deliveries and vaginal births. Collaboration is essential: youll work with obstetricians anesthesiologists neonatology teams and support staff to ensure safe motherbaby outcomes. Youll also contribute to newborn stabilization and immediate postnatal care including parent education on newborn care and breastfeeding support. Meticulous documentation in the electronic medical record effective handoffs and participation in quality improvement initiatives will be part of your daily practice.
