The Blakes LOTABURGER General Manager (GM) is in charge of protecting current sales and boosting future sales. They oversee all restaurant operations focusing on customer satisfaction and profitability by managing food beverage and labor costs. The GMs main role is to represent the Blakes brand and culture ensuring the restaurant is efficient provides quick and friendly service and is clean and sanitary.
