Job Summary

As a Senior Scrum Master you will:
  • Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives
  • Coach train and mentor teams on Scrum principles values and best practices
  • Actively identify and remove impediments and blockers that impact team progress
  • Protect the team from external disruptions ensuring focus and productivity
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging teams to reflect and refine their processes
  • Support the Product Owner in articulating and communicating the product vision to the team
  • Assist the Product Owner and team in preparing for and executing effective sprint planning
  • Enable teams to present completed work and gather constructive feedback from stakeholders
  • Lead through influence and example promoting a positive collaborative and high-performing team environment
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 810 years of overall experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
  • Strong hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile workflows
  • Proven expertise in coaching and mentoring teams on Agile practices
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles Scrum framework and team dynamics
  • Experience removing impediments and managing dependencies in complex delivery environments
  • Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
