Identify and develop new customers through regular follow-ups calls emails and field visits.
Analyze customer needs and provide suitable packaging solutions.
Present and explain plastic and paper packaging products (cups containers PET products).
Receive and follow up on orders from new and existing customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and complete sales transactions.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up on collections in coordination with the sales accounting team.
Collect customer feedback and report it to management.
Prepare and implement regular customer visit plans.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales plans and reports.
Handle customer issues and escalate complaints or suggestions when needed.
Participate in sales meetings and collaborate with the sales team.
Perform any other related tasks as required.
Requirements
Sales experience in plastic packaging products especially for restaurants and cafés
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Good communication and persuasion skills
Experience with large plastic manufacturing or packaging companies (PET products)
