Job Summary

This is a remote position.

SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage optimize and scale our web and digital marketing presence. This role requires strong technical website expertise as well as paid advertising SEO and design capabilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design develop deploy and maintain websites (front-end and back-end as required)
Manage hosting environments domains DNS SSL backups and performance optimization
Build optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search Display retargeting)
Implement on-page and technical SEO (site structure metadata page speed indexing)
Monitor analytics and performance metrics (Google Analytics Search Console Ads reporting)
Create and edit web and marketing graphics as needed
Manage and optimize social media platforms with a focus on growth and engagement

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong experience with website development and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
Proficiency in HTML CSS and basic JavaScript
Experience managing Google Ads accounts and budgets
Working knowledge of SEO tools and best practices
Familiarity with performance optimization security and website maintenance
Graphic design experience using tools such as Adobe Canva or similar
Experience with technical SEO audits and remediation
Familiarity with hosting providers cPanel or cloud environments
Understanding of conversion tracking tag management and analytics
Social media management experience across multiple platforms
Excellent English communication skills especially spoken
Ability to document work and explain technical concepts clearly
Highly technical self-directed and detail-oriented
Comfortable owning projects end-to-end
Able to balance development work with ongoing marketing execution

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
