Job Summary
Key Responsibilities of the Locker Room Attendant:
- Performs all facets of shoe care including by not limited to: cleaning buffing polishing edging and storage of shoes.
- Performs individual and complete spike replacement services for members and guests.
- Maintains exceptional levels of customer service cleanliness locker room supplies and accessories.
- All duties pertaining to a private member locker room including shoe cleaning polishing and customer service
- Other duties as determined by the Head Golf Professional
Minimum Qualifications for the Locker Room Attendant
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2 years experience at a private golf club
- Excellent customer service skills with an enthusiastic and friendly personality
- Able to work both weekdays and weekends
- Basic computer skills required.
- Handyman skills are a plus.
