Beds in Department/Unit: Outpatient clinic setting

Specialty Backup: Dedicated Rheumatology physician support

Support Staff: Experienced nursing staff and on-site Infusion Therapy Center team

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Board Status: Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

State License Required: Active Idaho license or eligibility to obtain

Certifications: BLS required

Experience: Prior Rheumatology experience required

Additional Requirements: Ability to manage an independent outpatient clinic panel and collaborate in a team-based environment

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose and manage chronic rheumatologic conditions in an outpatient setting

Coordinate care with on-site Infusion Therapy Center

Collaborate closely with Rheumatology physician and multidisciplinary care team

Provide comprehensive follow-up care and patient education

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
