This role combines general labor duties with basic technical responsibilities ensuring that our facilities remain safe clean and functional. Responsibilities

- Perform routine tasks such as sweeping debris removal and moving equipment.

- Assist with setup and breakdown of work areas and materials.

- Load and unload tools materials and equipment.

- Operate basic hand and power tools safely.

- Conduct minor repairs on plumbing electrical and HVAC systems.

- Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment.

- Respond to maintenance requests and report issues promptly.

- Support larger maintenance projects under supervision.

- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

- Report unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions.

- Maintain clean and organized workspaces.

- Work closely with other maintenance staff and facility personnel.

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

- Provide support during emergency situations or facility disruptions.

Qualifications

-Prior experience in general labor maintenance or handyman roles.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

- Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical and mechanical systems.

- Strong work ethic reliability and attention to detail.

- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
