Yarra City Council is seeking Parking Control Officers to join the Compliance and Parking team in a casual capacity.

The Compliance Branch is responsible for ensuring compliance with Councils local laws parkingpublic health regulations and planning regulations. The vision of our Branch is to implement a range of parking efficienciesstatutory health protection and compliance services to maximise the safety compliance and harmony in the city.

You will:

Be a motivated and enthusiastic professional
Have strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment to enable you to operate in a vibrant and challenging environment
Respond to local parking needs in a regulatory framework of the Road Rules
Be an effective team player who is able to interact with the public and residents in a courteous and professional manner and thrive in a demanding role
Be a great communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience in a regulatory role is desirable but not essential.
