About the Team:

The TNE Partnerships Unit is responsible for the development and management of Victoria Universitys transnational education partnerships and program operations. With around 8000 students enrolled in ELICOS and higher education courses the University is one of the largest providers of Australian qualifications outside Australia. VUs current TNE partners are located in seven locations across China Malaysia India and Sri Lanka. The TNE Partnerships Unit is also responsible for oversight of course delivery arrangements for the Sydney campus as well as partnership and contract management working closely with the Campus Director and Principal for VU Sydney and VUs partner Education Centre of Australia.

About the Role:

The Partnership Manager manages VUs partnership with our delivery partner (ECA) for the VU Sydney and Brisbane campuses. Reporting to the Director TNE Partnerships the role coordinates inputs from both parties in the development implementation compliance monitoring and continuous improvement of operational plans activities and procedures for the VU Sydney and Brisbane campus operations.

This role will require occasional interstate travel.

Key Duties

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop execute and regularly update joint operations manuals for a range of operational areas ensuring alignment with VU Melbourne policies procedures and relevant compliance requirements.
• Manage the partnership governance committees including preparation of reports coordination of agendas minutes and monitoring action and risk registers.
• With support from the Director TNE Partnerships develop renew and amend as required the Operating Agreements Operative and Financial Schedules.

Salary: HEP 8 - $113953 - $128326 Plus Super 17%

Contract Type: Full time 2 Year Fixed Term

Hours per week: 36.75 hours per week/1.0FTE

Location: Hybrid 3:2 Based at our City Campus

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated solutions-focused individual with a proven track record of managing third party delivery partnerships. You will also have:

• Excellent interpersonal skills stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Highly developed communication skills including ability to draft concise reports and presentations
• Significant knowledge and experience in international student recruitment and admissions
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Australian government legislation and regulatory frameworks pertaining to third party program and service delivery
