As a Talent AcquisitionApprenticeyou will support the talent strategy in the Western Europe (WEEU) cluster specifically supporting our retail hirings forSpainandPortugal. You will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in driving the full life cycle recruitment process in partnership with the clusters leadership team for office roles inFrance. You will also coordinate the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the HQ and retail candidate and employee experience including but not limited to employer branding talent management campus relations internationaltalent acquisition.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will support Talent Acquisition Team in providing best in class candidate experience in management of the strategic full cycle recruitment process across France and Iberia.

• You will coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

• You will post and promote jobsutilizingvarious sites to drive a diverse candidate pool including using social media.

• You will conduct in-depthscreensand assess potential candidates for level of interestqualificationsand compensation requirements.

• You will coordinate the creation of the campus managementprogrammand develop an effective partnership with key schools in France.

• You will collaborate with management throughoutrecruitmentand selectionprocessidentifyand resolve any obstacles that may arise.

• You will researchsuggestand implement diversity and inclusion initiatives

• You speakFrenchSpanishand English.

• You have a humanressourcesdegree or equivalent.

• You have first experience in recruitment and campus management.

• You arerecognisedfor yourgreat communicationskills and ability to partner collaborate and build relationships.

• You know how to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• You are a great listener with a customer service mindset.

Recruitment Process

• A response within two weeks of your application.

• If your profile is shortlisted you will havean initialinterview of 30 minutes with one of our recruiters.

• Followed by a 20minutesinterview with our Talent Acquisition Manager WEEU.

• Lastly a 45minutesinterview with your direct manager.
