Job Summary
Job Summary: Were looking for a friendly team player to greet our guests and support our sales department. The right person will be able to multitask have an energetic personality great customer service skills and the desire to work in an ever changing and evolving work environment. No two days will be the same and its never dull or boring!! Mainly Monday through Friday but with some Saturday work required.

Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line phone system in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure all calls are answered or transferred to voice mails if team members are unavailable.
- Greets customers with a pleasant and professional manner
- Direct customers to the correct department notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales team and other office staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- A professional appearance
- Dealership experience preferred but not required
