What Youll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate quality control testing to ensure aggregates meet required specifications across NC sites.
- Monitor production processes and partner with plant teams to quickly address quality or compliance issues.
- Analyze test results and recommend process improvements to enhance product consistency.
- Maintain accurate documentation certifications and compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Support train and guide quality technicians while promoting safe work practices and continuous improvement.

- Strong understanding of aggregate materials testing methods and quality standards.
- Ability to evaluate technical data and make informed decisions in dynamic environments.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills across multiple sites and stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated capability to lead mentor and support team members.
- Commitment to safety accuracy and operational excellence.
Work Environment
This role operates in both office and field settings including active quarry and plant environments throughout North Carolina. Work may involve standing walking on uneven surfaces and exposure to varying weather conditions always following established safety procedures.
