Job Description
The Opportunity:
We are hiring an experienced APP for our Plaza Primary Care Clinic in Kansas City MO.
The Work:
- This position is accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data
- Identifies appropriate expected outcomes
- Develops and implements patient plan of care
- Provides comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management
- Provides consultation to influence plan of care for clients using prescriptive authority procedures and treatment in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations
- Evaluates clients progress in attaining expected outcomes
- Conducts nursing research and provides education to patient family and nursing staff
- Position will primarily see adult patient population
Candidates with 2-3 years of advanced practice preferred.
Masters Degree Dual licensure APRN Missouri and Kansas BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
