The Position

A Finance Business Partner (FBP) utilizes extensive financial and analytical expertise to proactively offer insights set objectives and drive sustainable business initiatives. With strong strategic thinking and business acumen the FBP uses financial insights to guide decision-making and support both strategic and tactical initiatives across the affiliate. Committed to the broader Finance Community the FBP aims to achieve outcomes at an above-country level.

Your Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains an affiliate dashboard to monitor organizational progress and performance across strategic dimensions.

• Utilizes technical data skills for real-time visibility into key metrics promoting transparency and accountability for business outcomes.

• Models business scenarios and tracks performance metrics to facilitate strategic and financial decision-making.

• Co-creates pricing strategies and identifies opportunities providing insightful recommendations on strategic direction.

• Acts as a healthcare industry analyst highlighting key trends while leading regular updates of the Business Plan with Disease Area Teams.

• Engages with external stakeholders to create innovative business opportunities and drive growth ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Facilitates process improvements and cross-functional collaboration integrating insights for coherent strategic development while adhering to company policies.

• Understanding of Corporate Finance Financial Modelling Insights Collection & Trend Prognosis.

Who You Are

• Undergraduate degree in Business/Commerce Finance or Economics.

• MBA/ Post Graduate in either Finance or Business is preferred.

• Experience in working in an agile/ networked organization is a plus.
