Role: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Functional Analyst

Description:

The role requires an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Functional Consultant with cross-functional expertise in Supply Chain Procurement and Finance. The consultant will support end-to-end implementation rollout and post-go-live support activities while ensuring alignment with SAP standard scope items fit-to-standard principles and public cloud best practices. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure effective process adoption and integration across functional areas.

Qualification & Experience:

36 years of hands-on functional experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Public Edition).

Strong understanding of fit-to-standard methodology and SAP best-practice scope items.

Experience supporting end-to-end implementation and support projects in SAP Public Cloud environments.

Functional knowledge of Supply Chain Procurement and Finance business processes including:

Procure-to-Pay (P2P): PR PO GR IR pricing procedures account assignments and workflows

MM and Inventory Management including goods receipt inventory postings and stock movements

Quality Management (QM) including inspection types inspection plans usage decisions and integration with procurement

Basic understanding of Warehouse processes such as putaway picking stock determination and physical inventory

Basic understanding of Finance integration with logistics with exposure to:General Ledger (Universal Journal ACDOCA) Accounts Payable & Receivable Asset Accounting Taxation (GST/VAT withholding tax) Intercompany processes

Experience supporting data migration and cutover activities including master data and open transaction migration validation and reconciliation.

Experience in integration testing UAT support go-live hypercare and post-cutover support.

Exposure to quarterly SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud release testing including impact analysis and regression testing.

Strong business communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibility:

Support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation rollout and post-go-live support activities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and validate business requirements and align them with SAP standard processes.

Support fit-to-standard workshops and ensure adoption of SAP best-practice business processes.

Work closely with business users process owners and data owners to ensure end-to-end process alignment across Supply Chain Procurement and Finance.

Prepare and maintain functional documentation including business process flows and solution documentation.

Support integration testing UAT coordination cutover go-live and hypercare activities.

Participate in quarterly SAP Public Cloud release testing including impact analysis regression testing and business sign-off coordination.

Required Skills:

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud - Supply Chain Procurement( P2P) Inventory Management Quality Management Warehouse Processes Basic of Finance Integration. .
