As part of its production expansion we are looking for an experienced and hands-on
PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR (m/w/d)

- Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts
- Lead motivate and support production operators on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets quality standards and safety requirements are met
- Monitor processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Act as the first point of contact for operational issues during the shift
- Ensure proper handover and structured reporting between shifts
