- Support company-wide system implementation and business process improvement projects through evaluation of current work processes and execution of improvement strategies
- Analyze visualize and automate data processes working independently or with cross functional teams
- Evaluate business needs and initiate quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project proposal or evaluation results
- Lead business requirement gathering and manage comprehensive project documentation
- Develop processes to efficiently manage monitor and track project deliverables
- Support project team meetings to communicate project status
- Support client service tickets related to Business Intelligence (BI) module
- Prepare materials in MS Office applications such as Word Excel and Power Point to be presented within and outside of the team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (BA or BS) in Business Finance Information Systems Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as a data/business analyst Data Analyst or in a process improvement role
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities
- Have project and program management skills with several years of experience initiating activities setting priorities managing multiple priorities and delivering on-time results
- Enjoy learning new business processes quickly and efficiently as well as championing project requirements on behalf of business owners
- A strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans that you will drive end-to-end
- Work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new topics businesses and processes through research and interviews with subject matter experts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially pertaining to sales operations logistics system and financial functions
- Korean/English bilingual required
