Key Responsibilities:

User Acquisition (UA) and Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP):

  • Develop and articulate goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for attribution strategies in the context of Europcar Mobility Group services.

  • Set up platforms for linking media channels and tracking in-app events ensuring alignment with the nuances of the mobility industry.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of user acquisition performance and return on investment (ROI) within the mobility ecosystem.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Formulate and implement retention strategies based on customer data taking into account the unique needs and preferences of Europcar Mobility Group customers.

  • Design and execute CRM lifecycle campaigns using customer segmentation including push notifications and in-app messages tailored to mobility experiences.

  • Enhance the effectiveness of CRM communications in the context of mobility services.

Subscription Optimization:

  • Define and execute subscription strategies aligned with Europcar Mobility Groups business objectives in the dynamic mobility market.

  • Develop and optimize paywalls to enhance subscription conversion rates considering the specific mobility service offerings.

  • Conduct A/B tests to refine and improve subscription-related processes for Europcar Mobility.

App Store Optimization (ASO):

  • Optimize meta-data for Europcar Mobility Groups products and apps aligning with the unique aspects of the mobility industry.

  • Enhance conversion rates through effective app store optimization strategies tailored to the diverse customer base.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on leveraging new features within app stores specific to the mobility sector.

Product Analytics:

  • Establish business goals KPIs and a comprehensive tracking plan aligned with Europcar Mobility Groups unique position in the mobility sector.

  • Analyze data and create analytical graphs including funnel analysis and event segmentation to enhance the performance and user experience of Europcar Mobility Group apps.

  • Provide actionable insights to improve Europcar Mobility Groups digital presence in the rapidly evolving mobility landscape.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on mobile app marketing in the mobility or related industry.

  • Proficiency in ASO techniques UA strategies and working knowledge of MMPs within the context of mobility services.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data relevant to Europcar Mobility Groups business.

  • Experience in CRM strategy development and execution considering the unique customer journey in the mobility sector.

  • Knowledge of subscription optimization and A/B testing methodologies adapted to Europcar Mobilitys offerings.

  • Proficient in creating and interpreting analytical graphs and reports specific to mobility services.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively in the mobility context.

Education and Experience:

  • Masteers degree in Marketing Business or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in mobile app marketing for mobility services.

  • Familiarity with the latest trends and updates in app stores and digital marketing platforms relevant to the mobility industry.

Personal Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

  • Proactive problem solver with a creative mindset adapted to the mobility sector.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment within the mobility ecosystem.
