- Draft and review multiple types of contract agreements;
- Manage contract data for timeliness accuracy and quality;
- Maintain complete accurate and up-to-date contract files;
- Negotiate and correspondence with subcontractors and clients;
- Monitor contract compliance;
- Assist with quoting and closing business opportunities against managed contracts;
- Identify new RFPs and ensure all client requirements are being met on existing contracts/subcontracts;
- Negotiates with customers to draw up client contracts: Negotiating extensions terminations and renegotiating contracts;
- Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in formulating bid proposals;
- Evaluates or monitors contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts and compliance to contractual obligations;
- Approves or rejects requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules in accordance with internal policy

- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment manage competing demands and deal with frequent change delays or unexpected events.
- Critical thinking skills using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions conclusions or approaches to problems.
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma College Degree Preferred. Paralegal Cerificate a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Word Excel PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of FAR & DFARS rules and regulations.
- Experience in negotiation.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Additional Information :
Position is full-time Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
