Job Summary
PRN (Per Required Need) / On-Call Position
This is an as-needed on-call role with no guaranteed hours.
Minimum Availability Requirements:
- Commitment to at least two (2) weekend shifts per month (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Intermittent weekday availability as needed
- Flexibility to work Day PM and NOC shifts (PMs and NOCs are most needed)
- Availability to work some holidays
- Availability to attend a Wednesday New Employee Orientation
Additional Details:
- Shifts may be scheduled in advance or offered with short notice
- No guaranteed hours
- No benefits or insurance offered for PRN status
- Non-union position
Qualifications :
What we need from you:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
- Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility is strongly preferred
- Experience with the post-acute patients specifically the cardiac post op ortho & the medically complex
- Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)

These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs) Short-term Care Rehabilitation Intermediate Care (ICFs) and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
