Job Summary
This is a 7 hours per day benefits eligible school year only positions. Candidates must have demonstrated organizational skills and following is not an all inclusive listing of the expectations and duties of these positions:1. Maintains the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.2. Checks food shipments and signs invoices.3. Prepares food according to a planned menu.4. Records food requisitions and meals served.5. Maintains a correct monthly inventory of cooking supplies.6. Places supply orders thru kitchen manager.7. Participates in the daily cleaning of all kitchen area.
