Part-Time A-Level Economics Teacher Central London
Start Date: September 2026
A highly academic and ambitious sixth form environment in Central London is seeking an experienced Part-Time A-Level Economics Teacher to join its teaching team from September 2026.
This role offers the opportunity to teach motivated high-achieving students in a focused university-style learning environment where academic rigour independence and intellectual curiosity are highly valued.
The Role:
Deliver engaging and academically rigorous A-Level Economics lessons to high-performing students
Teach small class sizes enabling a highly personalised approach to learning
Provide targeted academic support to stretch and challenge students aiming for top university destinations
Contribute to a disciplined supportive and high-expectation academic culture
Person Specification:
Strong degree from a leading university in Economics or a related discipline
Excellent A-Level results
Proven experience teaching A-Level Economics
A confident and intellectually rigorous teaching style
A genuine passion for subject knowledge and student progression
Contract Details:
Contract Type: Part-time (approximately 23 days per week)
Flexibility: Timetable can be arranged around availability
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: Salary pro-rata for part-time hours and dependent on experience
