The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning executing and delivering technical projects related to speech-enabled IVR and voice solutions. The role owns end-to-end project delivery ensuring commitments are met on time within scope and in line with client expectations and organizational goals.
This position works closely with engineering architecture QA DevOps design and business stakeholders. It requires strong technical understanding of IVR projects excellent delivery discipline and the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder environments including outsourced and distributed teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and deliver speech-enabled IVR and technical projects releases end to end
- Ensure delivery of commitments on time within scope and in accordance with agreed objectives
- Identify client needs and expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Set delivery priorities based on project objectives and business targets
- Manage project scope schedule resources and dependencies
- Identify project risks and issues and define mitigation and contingency plans
- Support up-sell activities and change request processes within existing engagements
- Lead coordinate and develop cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Manage and align internal teams vendors and subcontractors
- Prepare and present project status reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to review progress risks and goals
- Ensure project success across customer satisfaction quality delivery and team performance
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar delivery role
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale technical projects
- Mandatory experience managing speech-enabled IVR projects
- Experience working in outsourcing delivery models (client-side or vendor/subcontractor)
- Strong expertise in project planning execution and status reporting
- Solid knowledge of risk issue and dependency management
- Structured methodical approach to problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Customer-facing experience with the ability to manage client expectations
- Experience managing remote and international project teams
- Ability to understand commercial and business needs and work with multiple stakeholders
