Job Summary
Acura of Milford a member of theLorensen Auto Groupis in searchof Master Technicians to join our growing team. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to work in a newly expanded and renovated facility with unlimited income potential. RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing maintaining and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
- Stay up to date on all available Factory Training
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Fix it right the first time
- Communicate directly with the ServiceManager in reference to recommended repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain Skill Levels
- Must have a strong sense of urgency
- Would prefer Honda or Acura experience but all will be considered.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a drug screen& background check
- Must have clean & valid drivers license
- Have your own tools
- Automotive background
- Positive attitude
