Within the Data Platform Tribe we are hiring a Lead Analytics Solutions & Services to co-lead (alongside the Product Owner) the teams in charge of the components and services offered by our Welcome Data platform.
You will join a Feature Team of up to 8 members (PO Data Engineers Data Analytics & Services) dedicated to setting up maintaining and continuously improving tools and solutions that enhance access to discovery of and value creation from data across the Group.
Your mission:
You will lead Accors data accessibility and democratization solutions. Your daily tasks will include:
Operational management of the Feature Team named Open including:
Participating in the recruitment and training of the teams developers.
Managing the relationship with technical contacts at third-party software vendors.
Designing delivering & maintaining products within the OPEN Feature Teams portfolio including:
Working with the Product Owner and the other two Feature Teams in the Data Platform Tribe to ensure technical coherence and functional coverage across the Welcome Data stack.
Designing products that measure data ROItracking both platform operating costs and the value generated by data products published by other Data Tribes.
Contributing to the evolution of the Data Portal developed in partnership with two other major French groups serving as the entry point for users accessing our products.
Monitoring analyzing and resolving incidents and bugs within the teams solutions.
Leading technology watch initiatives to continuously enhance our modern data stack.
Delivering high-level service to users by setting up:
Appropriate support channels.
Training sessions for internal DATA department stakeholders.
Guided onboarding paths to ease user adoption within the DATA department.
Educating and supporting all users by:
Helping them define needs not currently addressed by the stack.
Supporting the Data Tech community (sharing best practices code capitalization tech watch etc.)
Raising awareness of the challenges and benefits of data across all stakeholder groups.
Ensuring alignment with the Data4Data model (a solution used to track product cataloging group organization metadata completeness platform usage metrics etc.) with the help of Data Managers.
