Job Summary

We are looking for a Temporary Human Resources Assistant to support our team. As part of this role you will perform various administrative tasks mainly in Mexico and support our Human Resources departments daily activities in LATAM.

Responsibilities include supporting to manage our onboarding and offboarding processes annual and medical leaves visas and relocation keep record of employee documentation to support benefits and wellbeing etc

Time management organisation skills and communication skills are a priority for this fast paced and varied role. It is a perfect opportunity for someone who is self-motivated passionate about HR administrative tasks in payroll benefits and wellbeing

Key responsibilities:

  • Personnel administration. Payroll experience
  • Support in personnel health and safety management.
  • Employee file control
  • Benefits administration
  • Support in the coordination of staff events.
  • Assisting with the on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies employee benefits and other HR-related matters

Qualifications :

Education & experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience with an Administration Degree
  • The candidate should have good proficiency in MS Office tools: Outlook SharePoint Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Zoom
  • Organizational and inter-personal skills with great attitude towards teamwork.
  • Intermediate/Advance English level
  • Able to multi-task maintaining a professionalism efficient and effective pace.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous
  • Proven experience working in an office environment in HR Admin tasks in Mexico like medical leaves employee files administration etc
  • Ideally experience in payroll process benefits and relocation (visas PETs etc)

Skills:

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and reportability
  • Experience in labour Mexico Websites (mutual previred Direccion del trabajo inmigrations etc)
  • The ability to work as part of a team 4 days a week in the office
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented
