Job Summary
Join our team as a Supplier Quality Expeditor where youll play a critical role in ensuring supplier performance quality compliance and on-time delivery for international plant construction projects.
- Track progress against key milestones and ensure suppliers meet time and quality commitments from PO through delivery
- Conduct site inspections verify material traceability supervise welding activities and ensure compliance with ITPs QCPs and ISO 9001
- Plan desk and field expediting assign inspection resources and distribute reports to stakeholders
- Build strong supplier relationships identify delays early and implement mitigation strategies to guarantee on-time delivery
- Prepare progress updates verify inspection reports and certifications and track status in project management tools
Qualifications :
- Technical diploma or Bachelors degree NDT qualification (VT PT RT Level 2 minimum) and welding certification (IWE/EWE minimum)
- Background in plant construction (boiler steel apparatus or pipeline) with coating field knowledge
- Read technical drawings interpret manufacturing plans conduct ITP inspections and apply international codes (EN-ISO ASME-IX PED)
- MS Office MS Project progress monitoring tools and Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001:2015 ISO 14001:2015)
- English B2 minimum intercultural competence problem-solving skills and willingness to travel up to 100%
