Job Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and provide operational support for Manufacturing (MFG) applications and systems
- Manage IT SLA & MFG Incident Management
- Manage MFG application deployment
- Manage MES control/master data configuration
- Coordinate and manage business requirements into IT Solution in the area of Manufacturing.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Diploma or higher in Information Technology or a related field
- 02 years of experience in IT-related functions and system support
SKILLS:
- Good command of English communication skills is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Flexible adaptable and willing to learn new technologies
- Service-minded with a strong customer-oriented attitude
- Innovative and continuous improvement mindset
