Your Role
As Sales Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in leading developing and managing key client accounts with a strong focus on time-and-means IT staffing and consultancy services for the European Institutions. You will both lead the team and actively contribute to sales success combining leadership business development and client management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Goal Setting & Planning: Define clear objectives develop strategies and set deadlines for the team. Inspire the team foster a positive culture and support professional development.
- Task Delegation & Performance Monitoring: Assign responsibilities based on team members skills and expertise. Monitor progress provide regular feedback and conduct performance check-ins.
- Communication Problem-solving: Act as a liaison relay instructions and ensure open communication channels. Mediate conflicts address challenges and find solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from identifying new opportunities and qualifying client needs to managing the request processes securing contracts and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Drive recruitment efforts: in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team find and attract top-tier candidates aligning the right talent with the right opportunities.
- Build lasting partnerships: establish strong trust-based relationships with existing and potential clients always ensuring high satisfaction and added value.
- Support your consultants: ensure a smooth onboarding regular follow-ups evaluations and career development planning for the experts assigned to your accounts.
- Reporting: Track KPIs and report team progress to upper management.
Qualifications :
Your Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience as a team leader in a sales-driven environment
- Commercial Acumen: Proven success in business development and account management
- Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate coach and lead by example
- Problem-Solving: Strategic innovative and solution-oriented mindset
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and strong organizational skills
- Relationship Building: Strong networking abilities and an existing professional network
