AssociateJob Description & Summary
TheChief Data Office (CDO)team providesdata governance& compliance dataqualitymanagementand data management & enablement services.TheDataEnablementAnalystwill support the CDO in the delivery of services acrossthese service pillars.This junior role provides hands-on project and operational support to the CDOs enterprise datainitiativesensuring that data ismanaged of high quality understood and usable across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to data lifecycle managementprojects
Support development of training materials user guides and enablement resources to increase data literacy and adoption.
Assistwith gathering business requirements for data improvements tool enhancements and process refinements.
Conduct initial reviews of data issues and escalate appropriately to data domain leads.
Supportprogramme management andgovernance forums through preparation of packs tracking actions and updating governance registers.
Maintain and update process documentation and procedures.
Provide support to teams on data queries and datarelated guidance.
Promote best practices in data management and ensure adherence to global policies.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline such as Information Management Business or Computer Science
4 years experience in a data management or data related role
Exposure to dataanalysis data quality or governance concepts through course work or work experience
Goodunderstandingof data management principles and data lifecycle concepts
Awareness of data standards data lineageconceptsor business process documentation
Familiarity with datamanagementframeworks (e.g. DAMA-DMBOK) desirable.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working in high-performing teams and deliveringto deadlines.
Foundationalproject management experience including stakeholdermanagement task planning and milestone tracking.
