We are seeking a dedicated and personable Optometrist to join our growing family in Fayetteville TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about full-scope optometry and eager to provide total vision care to an established and loyal patient this role you will have the autonomy to practice at the highest level while being supported by a collaborative team that values your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care to a diverse patient population.

• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases with a specific emphasis on Dry Eye therapies.

• Fit and manage specialty contact lenses.

• Collaborate with our optical team to ensure patients receive the best eyewear solutions from our fully stocked optical dispensary.

• Build lasting relationships with patients fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Practice Highlights & Technology:

• Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)

• Visual Field Analysis

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited school of optometry.

• Current licensure to practice optometry in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mentality.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a support team of technicians and opticians.
