The opportunity
are looking to add a ProjectCoordinatorworkingwithin our dynamic teams toassistour Project Managersto deliverour portfolio of projects.Initiallyyou will be working onone of our flagship schemes on behalf of a major client.The role would be hybridworkingincluding at sitein London inour Birmingham customer offices and at home. Thereforeflexibility to travelasis essential.

How youll make an impact
- Track progress andfacilitatecommunication between the internal teamclientand external stakeholders.
- Support transactional activity in SAP and other management tools.
- Co-ordinate timelines milestones and OTDs and contribute to the wider project planning.
- Assist project forecasting and reporting.
- Updating project files collating minutes ofmeetingsand uploading them to ACC.
- Arrange project meetings and calls on a recurring and ad hoc basis.
- Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external proceduresguidelinesand requirements.
- SupportHitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity are constantlymaintained.
- Support the management team in the preparation of reports.
- Assistwiththe collation of QHSE data for monthly reporting.
- Maintain electronic and paper-based filing systems.
- Assist Document Control QA Manager and Team members.
- Skilled communicator with a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Excellentorganizationalskills having the ability toprioritizeandorganizeworkload and actions to meet the demand of the Team andOrganizationalneeds.
- Ability to work in a busy environment where accuracyqualityandtimelycompletion of work are all paramount.
- Advanced use of Microsoft applications includingword power point and excelessential. SAP knowledge desired
- Knowledge oforhigh levelof learning agility onData Management Systems
- Excellent verbal written and visual communicationskills to interact with all levels of a business both internally and externally
