This role reports to the Head of Fleet Management.
Job Description:
What You Will Do
Lead & Develop a HighPerforming Team
- Provide daily direction coaching and support to technical specialists across multiple mine sites.
- Build team capability through training mentorship and workforce planning.
Drive Customer & Performance Improvements
- Partner with customer leaders to understand operational gaps and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead performance governance and present technical insights to stakeholders.
- Work with Caterpillar and customer teams to improve key KPIsavailability productivity reliability and cost per ton.
Advance Equipment & Fleet Optimization
- Use data trends to deliver site performance improvements (MTBS MTBF MTTR).
- Support product support strategies maintenance planning and fleet management initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on equipment selection reliability and mine operations.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years experience in a mining service provider customerfacing role OR mining producer experience in operations or mobile maintenance
- Strong leadership communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Confident presenting to senior leaders and influencing without authority
