Custodian Part-time

PacArctic LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Part-time Custodian on our second shift to support PAC and our government customer in Williamsburg KY. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This is a union position is responsible for assisting in keeping the facility clean and orderly throughout the shift and requires attention to safety at all times for all Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Our custodial staff is responsible for keeping an office building clean and orderly. Job duties may include but are not limited to:Cleaning of entrances lobbies corridors offices conference rooms work areas floor surfaces restrooms locker rooms shower stalls water fountains utility sinks the appearance of exterior grounds parking lots loading docks and sidewalksEmptying wastebaskets/ and trash receptaclesDusting of high and low surfaces including overhead lights and pictures and using cleaning products to clean or polish soiled surfacesVacuuming carpets and light spot removal dutiesWashing windows and glass cleaningCapable of performing heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors shampooing rugs and washing wallsRequirements:Must be able to lift high school diploma or GED and 0-2 years well with our cooperative and motivated cleaning staffFollow detailed cleaning instructions and learn troubleshooting skillsClear written and verbal communication skills with coworkers and of working with a team or independently to achieve departmental goals including multitasking skillsMust be available to work second shift 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM.
