Clinic Location:16830 Northgate Drive Suite 150 Parker CO 80134
Schedule:Monday - Friday daytime hours (8am-5pm) *May volunteer for an occasional Saturday based on patient needs

Job Requirements

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification *certification must be active
RBT exam already passed
At least 18 years old
High school diploma
Lift up to 30lbs
Sit stand crouch squat and move quickly with young children
Get on and off the floor frequently
Maintain an active pace throughout the day
Keep therapy spaces clean organized and safe
Consistent attendance and punctuality
Commitment to ABCs core value of team; may occasionally help support a nearby sister clinic if that center is experiencing a need for coverage

Pay (determined by education and ABA experience)

High School/Associates Degree:$20.25 - $24.00
Bachelors Degree:$21.00 - $25.50
Masters Degree:$21.00 - $28.00

What Youll Be Doing

Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy
Follow personalized treatment plans collect simple data and communicate with your team
Help kids learn through play movement reading games and hands-on activities
Stay active during sessions moving constantly to stay engaged with children
Maintain a clean organized safe therapy space
Be part of a supportive mission-driven team that celebrates progress and growth
