The Operational Finance Leadership Program (OFLP) is an accelerated talent program designed to develop high potential Operational Finance leaders for GE Vernova.

Roles & Responsibilities:

OFLP is a rotational program lasting for 2-3 years. During OFLP program members will experience multiple 6 month engagements across different GEV Business lines and Finance functions. Each engagement will be Operational Finance focused and accountable for delivering projects or improvements tied to Business unit X-Matrix or KPI Bowler. OFLPs will learn and engage with Operational Finance while building their Lean skillset. On the job learning will be enhanced by Lean learning experiences intense coaching and development and a university learning partnership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 2 years financial work experience in a global business environment
• Sponsorship from current HR partner people leader & selected EB leader
• Work Location: Employee is currently based in one of the desired OFLP locations or is willing and able to relocate during the course of the program to one if required.

Desired Characteristics:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field from an accredited university or college preferred.
• Graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g. FMP etc.)
• Views challenging circumstances as an opportunity for impact and growth
• Project managementcapabilities and resiliency to work across multiple teams and functions including at senior levels.
• Demonstrates innovation in problem solving & is willing to challenge status quo/take calculated risks to drive change
• Fast learner and ability to communicate complex subjects in a clear and effective way
• Collaborative team player - willingness to contribute actively to the team spirit & goals
• Informal leadership embracing an atmosphere of inclusion and strong awareness of diversity
• Holds a realistic and balanced view of own strengths and weaknesses

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $95300.00 and $158700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
