Job Summary
QC ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Competency required: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/B Tech/M Tech
Gender: Male
Age Group: 26 to 40 years
Location: Mumbai
Experience: (Minimum 4-10 years relevant working experience in construction industry in QA/QC department)
Reporting to: GM/DGM/Project Manager
Job Responsibility:
Description
Organize implement conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs as per the Companys Quality Policy
Monitor established measurable quality objectives as detailed in the Quality Manual Policy Statement
Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals drawings etc with the Project Team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done
Evaluate the reported non-conforming condition and to analyse the root cause
Maintain continuous liaison with third party authorities authorized inspector and client representative and taking responsibility for the completion of all certification required for the project
Review quality inspection personal qualification and training requirements
Control and compile all documentations (including technical drawings quality specifications etc.) upon the completion of the projects
Build a documentary database for the organization to be used for future project(s) and serve as part of learning
Attend project meetings and assist project teams on QA/QC matters
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Skills Required :-
Experience in audit preparation conformance and documentation control system
Well-versed in integrated management system
Proven track record in managing QA/QC works for construction industry Good communication skills both written and verbal
Good Interpersonal Skills
