Sales Development Representative Flemish Speaker (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new customers delivering a professional first impression and establishing long-term trust.
  • Proactively cultivate and expand a portfolio of clients using a strategic and consultative sales approach.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor guiding businesses through the adoption of advanced cloud technologies.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the SMB sector to drive revenue.
  • Maximize up-sell and cross-sell potential by collaborating closely with Solution Specialists and Partner Managers.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer by collecting and sharing valuable market feedback with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and track progress using CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics 365.

Requirements

  • Bilingual or highly proficient in Flemish with fluency in English.
  • 12 years of experience in IT sales account management or customer management with a track record of success.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build professional rapport.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM platforms.
  • Preferred but not required: Experience selling cloud solutions (Azure O365 etc.) or holding Microsoft Fundamentals certifications.
